Once you make someone an Admin, you won’t be able to take away their admin privileges or remove them from the blog. Note that there are no demotions in group blogging. To give admin privileges to a member, head to the Members page, and click the “Promote to admin” button next to the user you’d like to promote. Admins can view and reply to Asks members cannot.Members can post to a blog and edit or remove their own posts.Admins can invite new users, remove existing users, and delete posts by any member. Some differences between blog members and admins: Note that some users may prefer to keep their different blog identities separate from one another on Tumblr, so be sure that your members are ok with this before toggling it on. To toggle this feature on, head to your group blog's settings, and switch on the "Show author portraits" option at the top of the page. You can choose to have the posts on your group blog attributed to the member who posted it, by displaying their avatar in addition to the group blog's on the dashboard.
